Drucker Article
I enjoyed reading the section of the article about learning how you perform. I thought it was interesting how Drucker claims that by working in a way that you perform best is the same as working on something you are good at. He also talks about how knowing whether you learn through reading or listening is crucial to success. I found the stories regarding Lyndon Johnson and Dwight Eisenhower to be proof of its importance. The most important thing I took away from the article is the importance of realizing what you are good at and not trying to change it, because this results in failure.
